Happy Easter!

I think we shall have a beautiful Easter here in North Texas.  We started with some fast moving thunderstorms and heavy rain, but the sun in now shining.   I need to get out and enjoy the weather before the winds pick up this afternoon.  Then hopefully I can find some time to add some stitches to my two crossstitch projects.  Santa # is coming along nicely.

The Linens and Threads 2020 SAL is moving along also!  I feel my stitching is improving like anything we do, practice really helps.   There are a lot of stitches to make this month, but I really like the motif for this month!

    1. I am glad it's finally warming up again today. Down to 36 last night. It will be nice to sit out on the screened porch and stitch when it gets a bit warmer.

  4. Great progress on both projects! I haven't started April yet, I felt a bit overwhelmed by its size but I've started colouring in the chart now and got my head around it!

    1. My hats go off to you for being able to use colors. I have enough on my plate right now with one.

  5. April is coming along very nicely. At least you don't have to choose where your colours go. That has been the most difficult part for April for me - I am using 8 colours and where you choose to put them can change the pattern completely!

    1. Yes, understand choosing colors can intimidate me also, therefore I decided to do do one. Its been a while since I cross stitched and I didn't want to overwhelm myself.

  7. Your SAL stitching is so pretty. I like the latest Santa too. We had some sun this morning, but it is gone now. We did manage to sit on the front porch a while with our coffee. Storms expected here tomorrow. Happy Easter.

    1. Nothing too hard especially since I only use one color. Maybe someday I will get brave enough to use several.
